Orders over £50 will qualify for free UK mainland delivery. You will be able to select this free delivery option at the checkout. You don’t need to do anything else to claim this offer, it will automatically be added once your basket is £50 or more.

Easy Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of every item in your order. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you have received the last item in your order.

You may inform us by e-mail at info@myjuicer.co.uk or calling customer services on 0117 422 8686. Please have your order number to hand and let us know the reason for returning it. Please note that orders sent back must be in a saleable condition and cannot be used.

All items must be returned complete and in original packaging and condition.

24 Hour Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Items are usually delivered within 1 or 2 working day(s). If out, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on receiving your order. All our items are used by reputable couriers and we do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible, although once the item is out for delivery, the timing is dependent on the courier.
