1 beetroot
1 apple
1 carrot
1 tbsp lemon juice

Right! We’ve stuffed this juice recipe full of healthy green goodness — perfect for helping you to work and study harder.
Among the brain-boosting ingredients are some of our favourite leafy greens, kale and spinach. Leafy greens are perfect for improving your brain function because they contain lots of goodness like vitamins E and K, folate and beta-carotene. All of these are vital to a healthy brain, and even protect your brain from dangerous cell oxidation and destruction. Thank God for greens.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
1 ½ cups of spinach
2 apples
2 sticks of celery
1 cucumber
If you want to add an extra zing, you can pop a small piece of ginger into the mix too.
3. The Brainberry Juice
If you’re looking for juicing ingredients that are both tasty and powerful, then look no further: berries are the answer.
Berries have a ton of brain-boosting benefits, such as high levels of cancer-fighting antioxidants — which reduce oxidative stress and protect your brain from diseases like dementia. The humble berry even enhances brain function, learning and memory. Amazing.
The recipe below features all your berry faves — plus a few extras.
Ingredients:
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blackberries
2 apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
You can mix and match the berries you want in this flavoursome juice drink. Why not add some strawberries or cherries too?
4. Orange & Carrot Juice
We’ve combined two awesome ingredients for this mega brain-boosting recipe.
Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which keeps your brain cells healthy, and flavonoids — which improve memory and cognitive function.
The carrot brings in high levels of beta-carotene — an antioxidant that also improves your cognitive ability and memory, as well as reducing oxidative stress (linked to brain cell damage and weakened cognitive function).
